Re: built gargoyle from trunk

Thanks for posting your work on this. Looks like Attitude Adjustment (OpenWrt 12.08) will branch from trunk in the very near future : https://lists.openwrt.org/pipermail/openwrt-devel/2012-August/016411.html I plan to start work on support for current trunk (which will become the new attitude adjus...

Re: A question

Re: Looking to buy this router, but have questions

Hi, How come you guys don't have in your shop an option to buy this firmware loaded onto a router that has a built in ADSL2 modem? because Openwrt doesn't support ADSL1/2, etc. ...Nevermind, what I want to know is that if my ADSL2 modem supports wireless point to point bridging that gargoyle will b...

(Client +AP mode...

Re: ANy issues importing this router into Australia?

Hi, I'm thinking of buying this router however I want to know if anyone has had problems importing the router through customs into australia? I don't think there will be any problems with the Australia custom on this.. Any extra charges like tax once it enters australia? Unless the product cost >$1...

Re: Delivery cost - $48??

Thanks for the input. I have ordered 1x TP-Link, and will see how that goes. If it runs well, and I can on-sell it easily, I will go ahead and get a few more. I have located the password for my old paypal account, so I can give Eric some $$$ for each one I do. :) Sent me a PM if your business works...

Re: VLAN support?

Have been using TPLink WR741ND with OpenWrt a lot. Tried Gargoyle and found it fixes some things and in general is more stable but one feature missed is support for the internal switch (setting VLANs etc) in the GUI. Is it something that might be considered down the line ? Given the fact that OpenW...

Thank you, this is working here too. But will this handcraftet config be hurt, when changing something in the webgui? Hanselan-DE YES, I have been trying to configure the same thing for the last few days. If I make ANY network configuration changes via the web UI, such as changing the WIFI password...

Re: Can't build gargoyle from git

Ok, I solved my problem. Before make custom, I copied "config" file: cp targets/ar71xx/profiles/ath9k/config targets/custom/profiles/default/ then I typed "make custom", selected the package I wanted and voila it works, compiles without problems. I encountered a similar error as...
