Hi! So i managed to set everything up, billion bipac 7700N R2 bridged -> tp link TL-WDR4300 router. Now what i want to do is setup my pc to always have a minimum amount of download speed available at all times. 50 kbp/s should suffice for gaming. Cause when i shutdown my pc i want the full speed for my phone since 400 kb/s is only just enough to watch stuff in 720p..

Hi,
I want to setup gargoyle on a router for gaming on my pc. Now, when i allocate say, 50% of my 4Mpbs speed onto my gaming pc, does that allocation disable when i shutdown my PC?
