I will give it a try and see as I have a chance.
So should the min bw be honored in this situation?

Found a way to break QOS?
FYI: Preliminary info, needs more investigation. I think I found a way to completely break QOS. The problem is it could be from either or both of two oddities. Here is the setup: QOS settings for DL: 3 QOS classes, all set for equal bandwidth at saturation max throughput 30000kbps Min BW for each cl...

Re: 1.11.0 slowdown requiring reboot
I used to use that IP, but ended up changing to my ISP gateway instead. I find it gives a more accurate tracking of available bandwidth for the sites that I care most about.
Curious, why do you think that might be related?

Re: 1.11.0 slowdown requiring reboot
Perhaps this is related somehow. Noticed something very odd again today concerning the "reset fair limit" button. I have had occasion to click that button several times over the last week, maybe a half dozen times every few days. No reset or reboot of the router. Today I noticed speeds deg...

Interesting find concerning WiFi links and QOS
I have made an interesting discovery in my specific situation that is worth passing along. Layout: Wifi link from a remote DSL link that connects to the WAN interface on a gargoyle router. Using ubiquiti wifi radios In the past, I have struggled to use QOS with ACC in this setup. The unreliability o...

Re: 1.11.0 slowdown requiring reboot
I have not seen this problem surface since that one time. But also I have not used the "reset fair limit" button much since that day of testing. I suspect my particular issue was related to the use of that new button, simply becasue I have never experienced a similiar problem and have very...

1.11.0 slowdown requiring reboot
My apologies in advance for not gathering more information to troubleshoot. This happened during an online class so the priority was to fix, not explore. I post this as a heads up in case any one else has further info. Problem: yesterday the router had an issue where thru traffic slowed to a crawl f...

Re: Inbound connections through gateway without DMZ
I was confused with the different approaches on that page. Which one applies?
And also wondering if there is a way to set this within gargoyle without going command line.
