That link was updated in November 2019 lol. If its not working for you its because you're using an old version.
It's the official 1.12 downloaded from here:

Re: Adblock Plugin

https://lantisproject.com/gargoyle_custom/1.13.x/x86/x64/ This is the latest 1.13.x with ipv6 support, so your mileage may vary if that is not the build you're running. I suppose that plugin-gargoyle-adblock_20191111-1.2.1_all.ipk will not work on Gargoyle 1.12. Am I correct? P.S. for you... As per...

Re: Adblock Plugin

USE --no-check-certificate !!!! Today I installed V1.12 from scratch and, with my big surprise, the AdBlock plugin didn't work. In the "Block List" I saw that there were no entries, so I decided to look into the runadblock.sh file. At this point I found two issues: The link for 1st source...

Re: Adblock Plugin

I'm currently using a consolidated hosts file from StevenBlack . If you want to try it out, make sure your router has enough free space, because the hosts file itself consumes ~1.5MB alone. Mt router has about 60 MB of free RAM, and about 29 MB of free space in /tmp, so I decided to give that a try...

Netgear Nighthawk X10 R9000

The Nighthawk X10 R9000 is very powerful: 1 GB RAM 1.7 GHz Quad-Core - Annapurna Labs Alpine AL-514 CPU Tri-Band radio: 60 GHz (4600Mbps), 5 GHz (1733Mbps), 2.4 GHz (800Mbps) 7x GbE ports 10/100/1000 Mbps (LACP optional on LAN1&LAN2). It does also support a 10 GbE SFP+ LAN port (altough IMHO it ...

Re: VMs in "bridged" mode don't surf the internet

That’s very good. So... with the box unchecked , IP reservation works as best effort . With the box checked , the rule is strictly applied and devices not respecting it will not be allowed out :-) I think I can leave the box unchecked :-) Thanks a lot for your help and for all your time. You’ve been...

Re: VMs in "bridged" mode don't surf the internet

Ok... that's going to be a mistery :-|

One more question: what happens if I do not check the box "Enforce DHCP assignments", but I still put somw hosts in the list under there?

Will the IP addresses assigned as per the list?
