I have a wireless n card on my laptop.
I changed both tx power to max, and channel to 3, wireless became unstable for a few minutes, sometimes showing 117Mbps, sometimes no internet access, then stable @ 130Mbps.
I think tx power is only for the signal and while @ 13 the signal is still excellent.

Hi Thanks for replying. I actually did not notice the speed on factory firmware. I should have checked it before upgrading. Also I lost internet connectivity while connected via LAN to the router, however wireless seems to be ok. And I tried to download using both LAN and wireless connection, there ...

Hi I flashed my router with the stable version 1.4.5, and now wireless is only 130Mbps. I have tried this using SSH but it did not work: uci set wireless.radio0.noscan=1 uci commit reboot This solution was discussed here: https://forum.openwrt.org/viewtopic.php?id=30315 I guess I can live with 130Mb...
