The most basic thing to do is to connect your Gargoyle router directly to your modem. This will give you access to all the great features of Gargoyle. Also, on the download page show the ACC section while the problem is happening. Please make sure ACC is enabled and that the ping target is appropriate. Try 8.8.8.8 as your ping target as well.
