I have the same problem as leraptor06. TL-WR1043ND v1.8 requires reboot in order for wireless to connect using 1.6.1 (i.e. every time I wake up my laptop I need to reboot router). Problem did not exist with 1.5.11 (never used 1.6.0). Everything else works as expected after the upgrade. The wireless...

@Eric I triple checked, first i updated 1.6.0 to 1.6.1, the box "Attempt to Preserve Settings" was checked, and i received that error, after that i rebooted the router (via SSH) and i choose "Restore Default Configuration" and I got the same error. After that i reflashed the same...

After i choose Restore Default Configuration the router doesn't reboot by itself, and if i try to access the default link, i receive the following message:

I also got the same problem with the latest version of gargoyle 1.5.9 on a tplink wr1043ND router. Sometimes only on a single PC, instead the correct MAC address i got this one: 00:00:00:00:00:00.
