Re: Version 1.5.1 & 1.4.4
While waiting for the fixes, if I want to go to v1.4.4 from 1.5.1, can i simply downgrade the router with gargoyle_1.4.4-ar71xx-wndr3700-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin ? Yes that's the right one and yes you can go from 1.5.1 -> 1.4.4 using the sysupgrade.bin On another note, I love the 1.5.1 release. So f...

Re: Version 1.5.1 & 1.4.4
frank604: Unlike the v1 WNDR3700, the v2 of this router doesn't require a different firmware image for routers in North America, hence the lack of an NA image. This was only corrected recently, with the last release. So, you should be able to use the gargoyle_1.5.1-ar71xx-wndr3700v2-squashfs-factor...

Re: Version 1.5.1 & 1.4.4
The WNDR3700 V2 for 1.4.4 and 1.5.1 NA is not shown? Does this mean I can just use gargoyle_1.5.1-ar71xx-wndr3700v2-squashfs-factory.img even if I'm in Canada? Sorry for a noob question but just wanted to be sure.
Or should I install a 1.5.0 NA version and just sysupgrade to 1.5.1?

Re: TP-Link WR1043 Wifi dropping
I am getting the exact same situation with my Netgear WNDR3700v2. I've tried 1.4.3 and 1.5 and both exhibit the same problem. Wired internet is stable. Even 5ghz wireless is stable. Only 2.4ghz turns off after 30 min or so. The only way to get it back up is to reboot or ssh in and 'wifi up'. I looke...

Re: Netgear WNDR3700 V2 - Slow internet after installing 1.5
All these internet timeouts you are noticing, are they occurring over wifi? Do they stop if you connect your computer directly with a Ethernet cable? The initial timing out occurred on both ethernet and wireless. Now the timeout issue has gone away after a regular reboot. Perhaps something needed t...

Re: Netgear WNDR3700 V2 - Slow internet after installing 1.5
Do i use the sysupgrade when i want to downgrade from 1.5 to 1.3*? Edit: Also an update on the situation. I'm not sure what happened but I tried doing a normal reset on the router. Now everything loads as usual except there are infrequent loss of connection to the internet. Like I'll be playing a ga...
