I would like to add that since I have started using bridge mode the router seems to randomly disconnect from the internet, tried looking through the logread plugin but understood nothing. Modem show no DHCP service for lan ports... only for wifi which I have disabled... only two options I get for LAN settings is a single ip address which I set to 10.0.0.1 and netmask which is set to 225.225.225.0

enabling upnp/nat works... just had to wait a little bit to get internet access. Regarding the modem access problem what should I do?

Accessing Bridged Modem
I recently setup gargoyle v 1.8.0 on TP-Link 1043nd v2.1. I have setup my modem D-Link 2750u in bridge mode and connect the router using ppoe and entering the credentials. Everything works fine, I get internet access as usual, but I can no longer view the modems configuration page, which shows valua...
