Hi, will this work on a TP-Link TL-WR1043ND v1. I'm currently on 1.8.1 Thank you Would not recommend!! Was upgrading from 1.9.1 via LAN, learned from my previous experience and did not (!) preserve any settings, and my wr1043nd got bricked... again... Thankfully that router is not my main internet ...

I upgraded my 1043nd v2.1 from 1.9.0 to 1.9.1 without preserving settings, and everything goes smoothly. If you preserved settings from previous versions, for God's sake, please stop whining here. jeez, that post is quite ignorant... this is the discussion forum for the current release of the gargo...

With no sys-led: hold the sys button down on boot for 7 seconds. After letting go of the button it will take 5 seconds to get into firstboot. If 7 seconds dont work then try 10 seconds.
