I formatted it but after formatting I wasn't able to install any plugin because it said there was no space left(even it said on the top there were about 10gb free), I guess this was because I had the plugins installed in the USB and after it was formatted and the filesystem changed it got messed up....

Nothing particularly stands out to say it isn’t working or it failed to start. What makes you think it isn’t? Can you check if an instance is running using “ps” command? If you manually run /etc/init.d/miniupnpd start, what happens? The only error in there is I assume from a lack of MINIUPNPD chain...

Would it be safe to preverve settings when updating from this build to 1.9.2?
