After running stable for about a day, I too can report that the wireless drops and issues that I was experiencing since 1.4.0 seem to be fixed in 1.4.4 . My TL-WR1043ND seems to be running great on 1.4.4 (minus the aforementioned occasional web rendering issues in Chrome).

Are the Gargoyle settings stored in a single file? Can I sftp them off, or even view them on the device via SSH? I will probably do a fresh install and reenter the settings manually, but I have a lot of DHCP MAC address bindings that I should at least like to read the MAC addresses from.
