No problem at all, you fixed the issue for me and the first fix also works

I never save my settings so it was flashed twice (after i noticed something is wrong) and configured from scratch

SO far everything works on my Linksys WRT160NL but i noticed that wifi speed is much slower then on 1.7.0.
even after switching n to 40MHZ
