Re: 1.13.0.x gargoyle-ispy 2020-June-17 16

Thanks for reply. I will try and do what you ask. Assuming as you say, I have a clean default install, I would have thought the time shown on the login page would default to GMT. Any reason why it is showing CEST? I'm not familiar with using Chrome F12. Console shows this... overview.js?1.13.X--…22...

Re: 1.13.0.x gargoyle-ispy 2020-June-17 16

I've done a sysupgrade using this build... gargoyle_1.13.x-mvebu-cortexa9-linksys_wrt1200ac-squashfs-sysupgrade. I still get a BSD Blue screen with no options visible after Login. Router is UP as far as I can determine being used as an AP. I want to ensure Gargoyle is starting from a completely clea...

Re: 1.13.0.x gargoyle-ispy 2020-June-17 16

I've been running the Polish 1.13.0.0pre5 and just updated to 2020-07-13, version 1.13.0.0pre6 enabling Preserve Settings. Login has reverted to default Polish which is not unusual after update. But after initial Login, the next page is BSD. Blue screen with no text. Router is a WRT1200ac being used...

Re: Version 1.12.0 : New stable version

Hello all. Now running Gargoyle version 1.13.0 on my WR1043ND V2.1 backup router as an AP. Really good and happy so far. Now for the grunt router. I'm looking to do the same with my Linksys WRT1200ac. I'm just wondering, dare I try and keep the settings when I upgrade with factory image? Perhaps it'...

Re: Archer C7V2 (1.12.0) boot loop (every minute)

Also had a boot loop on a WRT1200acV2 yesterday with version 1.12.0. Had been stable for weeks and not touched. I can't remember if a weekly Sunday restart was scheduled, but the call for help came Monday. I assumed, wrongly, that it was a hardware problem, swapped out the router, proved the issue a...

Re: Why should I use Gargoyle?

Well I reverted my WRT1200ac back to stock. Using it as a gateway switch and AP, I found that I could only use the 2.4Ghz, with the 5Ghz not being available. Very strange. Only DynDNS and NO-IP being available for DDNS, what shambles... I was able to port forward Port 7 from external to internal IP,...

Why should I use Gargoyle?

Hi all. I've used Gargoyle for quite a few years. The only reasons for using it were because the OEM router wouldn't let me insert the DDNS of my choice; especially after DynDNS ceased their freemium service. No-IP is a pain in the ass with the 30 day reconfirm, so that was out. Also, if I recall, g...

Re: Version 1.12.0 : New stable version

Weird. Iv'e been doing some work replacing the LEDs on my WRT1200 and WRT1900. Everything has gone swimmingly well apart from one thing. I've swapped out the dull WRTx and replaced it with a repaired WRTx, and repeated this for the others that I have. Two WRT1200 and one WRT1900. After doing the WRT...
