Re: problem setting up an OpenVPN client router

You must upload the zip file with the individual configs. Not the ovpn single config for setting up a client. This is exactly the problem. Fixed now. The labelling of both the server download and the client configuration web gui could likely be tweeked to guide people away from this confusion. Wher...

Re: problem setting up an OpenVPN client router

The client router is a TP-Link 3600 running a fresh install of Garoyle 1.10.0. This matches the hardware/software running the server.

The logs above are from the client router when I try to install the configuration file from the server.

problem setting up an OpenVPN client router

Sometimes there are hosts listed as having active connections, but their IP address is outside the router subnet. Any idea why that is?

Re: AP Only - How to

Note that when you make almost any changes, to wireless AP settings for example, the DHCP will be automatically turned on when you save. You then need to disable DHCP again and save

No, my routers were TP Link 3600, 3020 and 741. I will check the networking thread and follow up there.

With 1.9.2 (installed on several different routers), the guest network would work for a while and then (after roughly a day) the whole router (including guest and main wifi) would stop functioning. This problem went away when guest network was disabled.
