Re: Email notifications plugin revisited
Thanks, that works. But I noticed a little twist in the new script, due to changes in the Bandwidth section, too. That report no longer includes today's bandwidth use, just the previous X days. That works out really well if you have the report set for midnight (that happened to be a previous reques...

Re: Email notifications plugin revisited
I was wondering if anyone knows of a hack to only include what's happened today in the system log as opposed to all of it every time. For busy logs this isn't really an issue since you'll only be getting a portion of today's data anyway, but otherwise the report is highly redundant relative to rece...

Re: Email notifications plugin revisited
Hey dpint, a quick question on updating. If someone has installed via the UI and wants to update, is it OK just to follow your first post but with an "opkg upgrade" instead of the install? Or should it be removed one way or another before upgrading? Aside from the special update to the .s...

Re: Email notifications plugin revisited
But I just wanted to point out what happens at midnight and a possible way to improve it. I'm thinking most people (anyone?) aren't going for 11:55. This is not really a bug. I don't think that report should show data from the previous day if the time is 00:00 as this is already a new day. One othe...

Re: Email notifications plugin revisited
So, I got the test email working, finally... But then, scheduled emails wouldn't send! Ugh... So, I Googled around and found the updated email plugin... But wow, that plugin turned out to be a hassle! I couldn't get it to install properly. I'd try to install it manually with ipkg command, but it'd ...

Re: Email notifications plugin revisited
Yes, it would be possible, but currently I have no plans on adding any additional functionalities to this plugin.b17gsr wrote:Would it be possible for the emails to include daily usage for the top 10 users?

Re: WRT1900AC all but email.
No errors show in logread. Console? I meant browser console. You can access it by clicking right mouse button on any page and selecting inspect element option. After that choose console tab and if there are any errors they should show up there. Anyway I have uploaded a new version to a server with ...

Re: WRT1900AC all but email.
Do emails arrive if you run following command?
Also do any javascript error messages show up in console after saving settings?
Code: Select all
sh /usr/lib/gargoyle/email.sh
