Re: Gargoyle 1.11.0 Release Candidate 5

Dear Friends Still on 1.6.2, because of Bandwidth use - I own 250/20Mbps and on newer FW versions I cannot use it 100%, download is much lower then 250Mbps. FW 1.11.0 has been fixed for this issue, or still it's not resolved? I would like to ask another question: I used QoS yesterday on 1.6.2 and wh...

Re: Configuration files location in ssh

Dear Lantis
Lantis wrote:/etc/hosts and /etc/ethers
/etc/config/wireless
/etc/config/firewall
Thank you very much. Is there any way to download those files to my PC via WinSCP or other possibility?

Sincerely

Configuration file locations for manual copy via SSH

Dear Friends I use version 1.6.2. I would like to ask, where are the locations of config files of below options saved in GUI, but I would like to access them in via ssh instead of GUI: - DHCP IP Reservation Filter - WiFi approved MAC Filter - Firewall Port Forwarding I would be glad for any help and...

Re: Version 1.6.2

Dear Friends I have used 1.6.2 up to 1.10.0 and from my personal experience for router TL-WR1043ND v2 the best firmware is 1.6.2. Only with this firmware I have got 250/20Mbps without any problems. In other firmwares the higher number the lower bandwidth. In the last firmware 1.10.0 I have only 160/...

Re: Zabbix and TL-WR1043ND

Dear Lantis Thank you for your fast reply. I have installed mini_snmpd and configured it, but when I send from Zabbix Server via terminal snmpwalk command I receive: snmpwalk: Failure in sendto (Permission denied). I have opened 161 and 162 UDP for SNMP. I have also tried other method by installing ...

Dear Friends

I would like to ask, are there any possibility to monitor TL-WR1043ND via Zabbix? SNMP or any other protocol?

Re: gargoyle-ispy 2017-April-01 22:16.torrent

Dear ispyisail

Thank you for your fast reply. May you explain, why firmware 1.6.2 has no problems with bandwidth and 1.9.2 has got some?

Re: gargoyle-ispy 2017-April-01 22:16.torrent

Dear Friends I have installed this firmware on TL-WR1043ND v2 without any problems, but as for bandwidth it's terrible since firmware 1.6.2. I own 250/20Mbps from my ISP and in 1.6.2 I always had c.a. 239/19Mbps. In this firmware from April I have only 161Mbps/19Mbps. May someone explain, why this i...

Re: gargoyle-ispy 2016-September-25 22:16.torrent

Dear Friends

OK. I have installed this firmware and I have got 240/19Mbps of 250/20Mbps, but I need to ssh to router and use:
/etc/init.d/bwmon_gargoyle disable
Before that, I had only 180/19Mbps.

Everything else for me is working without problems.

Re: TL-WR1043ND V2 - Gargoyle 1.6.2 to stock firmware

Dear tapper Hi mate I am sorry you can not use channel 13 without any reghack as far as I know. Yes, it is possible after few commands in ssh As for not getting full bandwidth I am not sure about that either as I only have 70 down and 6 up here. I think it depends on your routers CPU. I have no prob...
