What are the chances of SFE or FlowOffload being added to Gargoyle as an option?

Re: Faster wifi with 1043nd V1
Wasn't my intention, but I can see how it reads that way. I also dug into the downloads section and learned that there are 285 (yes, with the help of Excel, I counted) different builds that have to be maintained just for the Atheros AR71XX chip on the 1.10.x branch alone. Ay caramba! Perhaps the sup...

Re: Faster wifi with 1043nd V1
After big disappointment over the speed of WiFi with 'default' GUI wifi setup - my 'best' wifi speed was usually somewhere between 30-40mbs - even with "option nosyns '1'". Doing some 'research' how to set this up on openwrt - using these 2 lines: option txantenna '5' option rxantenna '7'...

Status > Overview
Here's a question/bug. When Gargoyle is set up as a Gateway I get a LAN section in the Overview section. When Gargoyle is set up as a Wireless Bridge/Repeater, I don't get a LAN section. I'd like to know at which speed my devices are connecting to the bridge, but the Overview page doesn't report it....

Re: Inexpensive, available routers for Gargoyle
I just picked up my fourth TPLink Archer C7 off of eBay for $32 shipped.
Just specifically look for a Ver 2 on eBay (message the seller which version it is if it's not advertised or pictured), and you'll be golden.

Re: 75 Mbps
Partial news. I took the new quota rules listed elsewhere in this forum, implemented them in my main router and turned QOS (upload and download) on. Ran speedtests from my wired gigabit ethernet desktop computer (remember, desktop computer is wired to Archer C7 bridge, then wireless to main Archer C...

Re: 75 Mbps
The desktop is gigabit wired to the bridged C7.
N6 Android is wireless.
When I get a chance, I'll plug a laptop I have directly into the main C7 router and do a speedtest and download test from there.
Give me a day or two. I've got family here for Christmas ....

You don't mean anything to do with this sort of thing, do you? https://www.gargoyle-router.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=11318 I wish NGowner would respond there explaining how he, and only he, was able not to be severely impacted when using such features as BW monitoring. Answered to the best...

Re: 75 Mbps
Sorry, I missed this response. I don't have QOS enabled. I have lots of Static IPs enabled. I have a few restriction rules in place. And my network is set up as I described above: Main Router: C7 running 2.4 GHz & 5 GHz APs and 2.4 GHz & 5GHz Guest APs 2 C7 Wireless Bridges in 5GHz Mode 1 10...
