Re: Gargoyle-ispy 2015-January-02.7z
Oh well, I guess I can wait. How about the 5GHz radio? works for other routers, can't say for he C7 I've read on OpenWRT forum that the 5GHz radio on the Archer C7 V2 needs the kmod-ath10k package in order to work. I've tried installing it via: opkg update opkg install kmod-ath10k but I get an depe...

Re: TP-Link Archer C7 support?
http://wiki.openwrt.org/toh/tp-link/tl-wdr7500 For the Archer C7 v1.x 5GHz 802.11a/n/ac functionality is not supported, and likely will never be, since support for the AR1A (v1) variant of QCA9880 chip is not included in the open source ath10k driver. The Archer C7 v2.x uses the BR4A (v2) variant w...

Fon2100 which gargoyle version?
Hi, I'm about to update the gargoyle but taking into account that it's a quite limited router I would like to know which version of gargoyle do you recommend. Stable 1.4.7 or 1.2.5? Right now I have 1.5.8 but probably is overloaded of features that I'm not going to use and will impact in the routers...

How to recover FON2100
I have a fon2100 that I used a long time ago, now I want to use it again but I can't not connect via ethernet cable. I can't connect via wifi because I can't remember the WPA password. I remember that I deactivated the DHCP and I used a fixed IP for the lan, but I can't remember either the TCP/IP co...

Re: Gargoyle Configuration
I have fix the problem configuring the router with a WAN/DHCP Wired. Now is woriking, but I notice that the speed is not as high as should be, with the ethernet cable the speed is 25/10 Mb/s but with the fon2100 is 9/8 Mb/s so maybe the FON2100 is not good enought for this conexion. Is possible to g...
