Thanks.
Does that allow passing on the hosts file contents to any connected host? So with the my.server.lan definition as in my original question, would any laptop I connect on my network be able to use my.server.lan instead of the IP address?

Dnsmasq for local hosts
Hi, Feel free to point me at existing posts on this subject matter, but I did a search and didn't find a relevant question/topic. I'm looking to add all my local host names into dnsmasq on Gargoyle 1.12.0. I understand the syntax of what I need to add, but I am not sure where to add it. /etc/dnsmasq...

Adding Firewall Rule
I want to add a firewall rule which allows certain static IP addresses to go via the normal WAN connection instead of via the default OpenVPN connection. I went into the CLI and found the file /etc/firewall.user and assume this is where I can make my changes. Couple of questions: 1. Will these chang...

@Eric These issues with plugins not able to be uninstalled is due to a "segmentation fault" when the gpkg remove --autoremove-same-dest command is executed. attempted to use --force-depends with the same error. Vyvvyan can you confirm the output of "gpkg remove --autoremove-same-dest...

Re: gargoyle-ispy 2015-March-27 05:44.torrent
Even this new build still has the Wifi Scheduling plugin issue - it is not showing in the menu on the left side, and it cannot be uninstalled from the Plugin list (clicking on "Uninstall" pretends something gets uninstalled, but the plugin still shows afterwards). Have to manually add in ...

Re: Wifi Scheduling not working in 1.7.0
@ispyisail: Nope, no luck, that upgrade even removed the Wifi Schedule link from the left menu again (after I manually added it with the uci commands @Lantis gave me). Thanks for the suggestion though!

Ok - looks like the plugin is installed and working (I can go there by manually navigating to /wifi_schedule.sh) and settings are kept. Will check tonight to see if the wifi also really goes down as scheduled. What is not working is for the page to show up in the left side nav.
