Looking to do this myself, but no links to modified/stripped (without loader) for Gargoyle file links now working. Stepped quota throttle

Wondered if it was possible to set two quota limits for each user (ip range). Idea being to reduce sppeed a little when user reaches 80% of quota, then slow right down (set to Over Quota class) once 100% quota used? Thanks. Tried that and it seems to do whats needed. Have since realised that specifying an ip range here is a bit more difficult. I'd incorrectly thought that the range 192.168.1.10-192.168.1.20 could be entered as 192.168.1.10/20. However in the latter, often called the slash notation, the "/2...
