I use both. QoS and Quotas.

But i have bandwidth limit too, so i need enforce some limit.

Find your gateway and leave 100000 ping 1/s on it.
Analyze the result looking for instabilities.
QoS use this basic procedure to balance yourself.

This router is 'mania' here in Brazil.
Some websites made a lot ( and exaggerated, in my opinion) of positives reviews. They are selling a lot.

Hi! Does t work anymore. I manage to get access to failsave using the backside reset button.
