I upgraded my WRT610 to an E3000. Google "how to upgrade WRT610 V2 to E3000".... It's quite easy if one follows the instructions to the letter

I'm on my phone ATM and can't find links, otherwise I'd post them.

It seems that one way to resolve this is to use a router with Gargoyle installed as this provides a quota management by IP address facility. Is this correct? Yes. Is done by setting static IP's in DHCP section. Quite easy to do. How to set this up is the question? My Huawei isn't a Gargoyle support...
