WDR3600 v1.1 debrick?

I found my old WDR3600 v1.1 in my closet and remembered why it was there...it's bricked. This forum has always been good to me so I'm hoping someone knows how to potentially fix this. It powers up, but I have no way of accessing portal. I've tried TPLinks, Gargoyles, heck, I even tried DD-WRT even t...

Re: TP-Link WDR3600 - Poor wifi signal on 1.5.11

I have the exact same problem aswell! Please can anybody help with this, I've tried each version after 1.5.9 but all drop singal strength and cause the router to act wierd. Looks like no help is on the way. I'm still debating if I want to revert to 1.5.9, or wait for 1.6.0. Is there anything specia...

Re: Best hardware for wifi stability

My TP-LINK WDR3600 is also experiencing several wifi issues since upgrading to 1.5.11. Signal's have dropped considerably as well as speeds.

Re: Version 1.5.11 - Translations

Upgraded from 1.5.9 on a TP-Link WDR3600, signal strength/range has decreased considerably. Before; Desktop - 10 feet away, 5 bars Laptop - 15 feet away and 1 wall, 5 bars Roku 3 - 25 feet away and 1 wall, "Excellent" After upgrading to 1.5.11 I'm getting; Desktop - 10 feet away, 3-4 bars ...

Re: TP-Link WDR3600 - Poor wifi signal on 1.5.11

Any help would be greatly appreciated. My connections/speeds shouldn't be this low, I'm wondering if I should downgrade to 1.5.9 and just wait for 1.6.0?

I have three devices that are stationary and my router has not moved since running 1.5.9. Before upgrading to 1.5.11 (from 1.5.9) all three devices were getting; Desktop - 10 feet away, 5 bars Laptop - 15 feet away and 1 wall, 5 bars Roku - 25 feet away and 1 wall, "Excellent" After upgrad...

from my understanding Gargoyle has no provision (GUI) for username and password with OpenVPN
Thank you for the reply. Is there a suggested/working list of VPN providers that work with Gargoyle? Or...is there a how-to guide to install DD-WRT over Gargoyle?

VPN + TP-Link WDR3600

I recently moved to Canada and I'm trying to figure out the best way to keep my high speeds (30MB down consistently) but also get access to US Netflix and Pandora again. Can I setup a free/paid VPN with my router + Gargoyle, or do I have to do this via the actual devices? I'm sure this is already co...
