Re: Setting default gateway for specific hosts
Yes, it is possible. You must manually edit the /etc/config/dhcp file: https://forum.openwrt.org/t/dhcp-custom ... way/65518

Re: SSH Access - Upload SSH public-key - Access denied
It may be a useless question but: can you try restarting the dropbear daemon? it will help?
Code: Select all
/etc/init.d/dropbear restart

Re: Installation on NeXX3020 8mb
If you have space in the flash memory, you can expand the USB services by installing the plugin - or you can use the so-called extroot.Franco wrote: unfortunally is without any Usb support for printers or storage device.
Installing plugins is in my post or you can install it manually.

Re: Installation on NeXX3020 8mb
:? This is weird (it would be good to look over the serial cable, what's wrong) - then you can try OpenWrt directly (18.06 or 19.07) to see if the boot succeeds. You can also try the beta version of Gargoyle 1.13: https://www.gargoyle-router.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?p=59315#p59315 I read somewhere th...

Re: Installation on NeXX3020 8mb
Yes, so you can be sure that flashing will succeed. *squashfs-factory.bin is used if you have an OEM and are switching to OpenWrt (Gargoyle). *squashfs-sysupgrade.bin is used if you already have OpenWrt (Gargoyle) and are switching to OpenWrt (Gargoyle) again. With the transition to OEM, it is only ...

Re: Installation on NeXX3020 8mb
The problem will be in the change of architecture (there are very big differences between versions 1.10 and 1.12). I recommend going the path to the OEM firmware and then using the Gargoyle firmware with the *squashfs-factory.bin file. After uploading the firmware, you should already be able to acce...

Re: Installing plugins manually
You can download plugins from my website: http://gargoyle.romanhk.cz/1.12.x/1.12.0.x%20gargoyle-ispy%202020-June-10%2000/built/ar71xx/default/ For example, copy the plugin to the /tmp directory (using USB and flash) and perform the installation as follows (example): gpkg install /tmp/plugin-gargoyle...

Re: 1.13.0.x gargoyle-ispy 2021-August-15 20
So I could help and make them easier to download, so I started my own web server: http://gargoyle.romanhk.cz Here you can find the latest (and some older) builds from this forum. Build from @ispyisail (I thank him): The "images and built" directory will be decompressed by file. Here you wi...

Re: Router with SimCard inside support
I have a hunch that Gargoyle won't start with SIM and LTE Modem support due to driver and LTE hardware support (lack of FLASH memory and RAM). You would need to compile your own Gargoyle build with driver support and find support for AT commands. This step is really only for advanced users and as fa...

Re: Router with SimCard inside support
One router that definitely has a SIM card reader inside is the Turris Omnia (but you need to buy an mPCIe LTE modem for it). https://www.turris.com/en/omnia/specifications/ I own this model, but I have never used a SIM card in the router and I have such a hunch that the SIM card will only work with ...
