Router is too old

1.6.2 or older will be the most stable

I suspect you maybe finding a hardware failure

See if your modem is actually in bridge, because I already had problems with Vivo similar to this using a C7 and the cause was the equipment of the ISP.

@gbdisi I suspect you upgraded by using "perverse setting" or a "Backup file"

Do a fresh config rebuild and things will work as expected
