I found last night that when I set this up it didn't work and today it did


This is important, I just assumed you blocked the port and it worked perfect from the start

Yes if I block all external DNS (block port 53) chrome cant get to YouTube


Can you show us a screen shot of how you did this?

My tests didn't work?

I've created a rule to block youtube

I have firefox and chrome installed

reboot my PC and use both browsers to access youtube

chrome = unblocked
firefox = blocked

Its like google chrome has stored the encryption key and can no longer be blocked?

I've been testing, game changer

Facebook blocked on browser = confirmed

Facebook blocked on android app = confirmed but.....

It appears that the app caches information so its had to tell if its fully blocking or there is a leak. 99% sure its fully blocked?
