Hi,
Long time lurker that used to run Gargoyle on a WND3700 and i'm missing it badly.
I currently have a R7000, running OWRT, but I will like to go back to Gargoyle.
Since the router is supported, without wifi, which I dont use anyways, would it be possible to use Gargoyle instead?

Re: A simple request (hopefully)
I hear you, but the parents are a bit scared about this, so I want to try to help them.
I noticed that DDWRT does have a keyword filter.
I prefer gargoyle, but in this case, I might have to switch this router.

Sadly, this kid is autistic and the parents are concerned that he will take it to another level. He seems fixated on those things and is kind of scary.

Re: A simple request (hopefully)
Yes, just found this write up http://www.pakitong.com/2014/02/openwrt-installing-privoxy-with-adblock.html?m=1. The router is a net gear wndr 3800 v2 I believe, does this one has enough ram for this? Or maybe another plug in or add on that is not that memory hungry? Maybe remove some of the stuff al...

Re: A simple request (hopefully)
Thanks for the info.
Do you know if maybe a plug-in would do this?
I heard of something called privoxy I believe that does this, but on ddwrt.
The problem is, my friend kids love those videos and a keyword filter would help, instead of blocking the whole site, in this case youtube.
Thanks again.

One more question, before i lose my internet, due to killing my router via noobiness!
after the PPTP server is installed, would be possible to control/manage it via the gargoyle gui?
Thanks for the links and info!!
