Re: Version 1.6.2
Fellow Gargoyles, I'm very interested in upgrading to the latest 1.6.2 release, but have flashed my TPLink WR1043ND v1.7 a number of times and cannot seem to get right of the drops in wireless, DHCP problems, etc. I've updated to 1.6.X from ispyasail, but did me no good either. I'm ready to purchase...

Re: 1.6.2 has dhcp problems
Well, unfortunately I didn't have to wait too long. :( Wireless is still dropping. Not as often, but still dropping. Seems to happen when I'm streaming Netflix. Some hosts are disconnected, some aren't. Those that get disconnected are not able to reconnect, even if I release and renew IP. Only way t...

Thank you. I just finished flashing the device. I'll give it a day or two and let you know.

Re: 1.6.2 has dhcp problems
I've been experiencing similar issues with DHCP dropping and I believe it may be related to static IP assignments not being removed when deleting hosts. How do I install the patch(es) that address these problems?

Re: Firewall restrictions not functioning
I was previously on the experimental version, and experienced too many issues to stay. Had to revert the stable 1.4.7 version. I don't see anything in the documentation that indicates a fix to this particular type of issue when upgrading to level 1.5.8, so I'm not ready to do so. I could be mistaken...

Firewall restrictions not functioning
I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced issues with the Restrictions not functioning properly? I currently have an Access Restriction set to filter my children's wireless devices (by IP range). All network access with a few web URL exceptions. I noticed the other day that my son was browsing fr...

Re: enabling boot_wait
Thank you for the suggestion regarding 1.3.9. I should have noticed the new driver set in the release notes. This would still give me the WOL and search engine history too :) I'm on my third version attempt since upgrading from v1.2.5 and hence, I agree with you that it seems to be something with Op...
