Like always when I ask for help I find an answer. I was able to restore the original factory image using this forum post at dd-wrt http://www.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=79802 Then I was able to upload the newest Gargoyle. Good day all I have been using gargoyle 1.5.3. When I up graded my WNDR3700v1 for the stock image to gargoyle 1.5.3 every thing went fine.
