restrict bandwidth by website

When my sons visit youtube it drags down the performance of the whole network. Even seems to impact my QoS settings.

is it possible to cap bandwidth for an entire domain, say youtube.com?

couldn't get it to work so using opendns, which has the added advantage of a generic filter which protects all the mobile devices.
