Can the default setting be changed and 35 dhm be used as i have a large house and i need the wireless signals. Also in the ver 1.5.4 i was facing issues with the wan port not getting any signals even when a static ip was provided to the router... the router works on the original netgear firmware ......

I am unable to install 1.5.3 over the 1.4.6 as twice it ended up making my router non responsive and I had to try the on/off factory reset and then recovering my firmware using the netgear disc.
