Re: V1.10 not upgrade 825-b1-fat-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin

//Staying away from routers like this is advised to be honest.
Thanks vm for advice. But the old Dlink/Gargoyle has been doing a fabulous job for many years so far.
If your suggestion works, will confirm here.

Re: Version 1.6.2

Donor asks consideration for features (asked before). Global String Tags on IP addresses: Display HostTags, Display HostNames, Display HostIPs. Suggest user tag allocation in quotas. So that later when quotas are set up, makes it easy to see who the quotas are being allocated. Or to quickly see whic...

Re: USB storeage plugin DIR-825

Version B1/B2 Atheros AR7161@680MHz 64MB 8MB
Gargoyle UI says: Memory Usage:16.5MB / 60.2MB (27.3%)
Probably need the C1 version right?

Re: Gargoyle on a DIR-825 b1

I recently changed over from DD-WRT to Gargoyle. I used the recovery flash interface (press and hold reset button until power indicator blinks steadily, then upload UI from there), and it's been working fine for me. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if there's something amiss, but I cannot install USB st...

USB storeage plugin DIR-825

Router has minimal plugins but memory is showing as:
/plugin_root
Root Drive 2.563 MBytes Total, 2.277 MBytes Free

The USB plugin is 5Mb so unable to fit.
Is there any workaround for this problem?
Have reset router to ensure nothing is using excessive memory.

Re: B/W distribution anomaly V1.6.0

Hi I think I have found the problem - its not recording the date correctly. See the pics below. The onboard date is correct as the 15th today, and yesterday I used over 2Gb data. Prior to that I used very little eg 100Mb data/day. See the second pic which shows for the day of 12th the correct data u...

Re: B/W distribution anomaly V1.6.0

Thanks but I am bit reluctant to try non-stable firmware. If useage accuracy was an issue, others would most likely be reporting the same problem? I feel the issue is in my setup and perhaps someone can ask or advise the right method to sort it without changing firmwares?
