Force to use router DNS server.

I am using Gargoyle 1.5.8
I would like for my family not to use proxy servers to i selected "Force Clients To Use Router DNS Servers'.
But proxy servers are still able to be used.
Am i doing something wrong?

Actually, I just got it to work using the configuration from screenshots above but leaving out the source ports.

Ok, so I just updated to the latest version 1.5.8 of Gargoyle. I still have the same issue. I would like to limit the bandwidth of 1 wireless computer on my network. If someone could post a screenshot of what the rule is supposed to look like that would be really helpful. My dsl speed is approx 2700...

I could not get wifi working on the latest version of Gargoyle, but I went back one to 1.3.13 and wifi works fine.

I knew it was not bricked (as in done for good) because it was pinging and I was able to transfer. The problem was I could not get into the router.
