It is the same issue as already described. You can build from the latest code or wait for someone else to do so for you

Don't preserve settings from 1.12 to 1.13. Addtionally if you are using wireless bridge config, you should wait for the next build where I fixed an error causing the exact symptom you are describing. About 18 months of improvements and new features.
New releases are infrequent. These builds fill some of the gap and allow testing of new functionality.

Flashed 1.12.0 on TP-Link Archer C7 V2 that was on stock firmware. Using the router as a dumb AP and it has been rock solid with no disconnections.
