Re: Router storage full (read only)

I reloaded the router and memory use now reports 35%. I will keep an eye on it. Hopefully the problem won't come back :D

Re: Router storage full (read only)

Thanks for your help. I believe my configuration is stock. I don't remember adding anything. I don't have any tracking enabled unless it was done on the original build. The only thing I have configured is to assign static IP's. probably have 50+ addresses. A few weeks ago I noticed the memory error ...

Router storage full (read only)

My WRT32x running Gargoyle 1.12 keeps displaying the following message... Router storage full (read only) or is mounted in volatile storage (RAM). It will not function correctly, or will revert to a previous state after rebooting. Restore default configuration or flash new firmware (without preservi...

Re: Linksys WRT32X Smart Switch/Plug Issue

RomanHK: The 1.11.x code seems to have done the trick. All of my networks are now working and by using the set wireless command on my guest network all of my IOT devices are also working. Thanks for all of your help!!! It was painful getting here but I really like this router and Gargoyle. My thanks...

Re: Linksys WRT32X Smart Switch/Plug Issue

RomanHK: Thanks for the reply! I had already changed that. It looks like yours (192.168.1.100 - 192.168.1.249). I don't think it makes any difference but I also have all my devices listed as Static Assignments, they start at 192.168.1.4 and go up.

Re: Linksys WRT32X Smart Switch/Plug Issue

Well I thought I had this done but I guess not. I took the suggestion of enabling the guest network and running the command against it to disable WMM. I was able to connect a couple of the devices that have been giving me trouble so I was thrilled. I removed my working Gargoyle router and installed ...

Re: Linksys WRT32X Smart Switch/Plug Issue

Hi Lantis & RomanHK: Disabling WMM worked :D , the devices I was having trouble with can now connect and their apps work. A couple of questions.. 1. Does this slow both the 2.4 & 5ghz bands? 2. Is this permanent or will it go away if I reboot/unpower the router? 3. I don't know what your ref...

Re: Linksys WRT32X Smart Switch/Plug Issue

Hi Lantis: Thanks for the reply! I am not a Linux person but I do have Putty and can access the command line. I Searched this site for secondary interface and I did not find anything to help me with this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Linksys WRT32X Smart Switch/Plug Issue

I have been running Gargoyle 1.11.0 on my Netgear WNDR4300 and everything has been working perfect. My only problem was the overhead of Gargoyle on this old router slows my connection considerably. I just purchased a Linksys WRT32X and am having a problem getting my Wemo switches and my KMC plugs to...
