Thank you for the help.
Yes you are right. I tried to Forcing option. I get stuck at a message like "please wait while settings are applied" and it just keeps rolling forever, in the meanwhile, the router continues to work normally.

Re: AC1900 using 1.12 - Help I cannot do anything!!
Image check 'fwtool_check_image' failed. obviously my previous big mistake was using -f to force the upgrade :( now without it, at least i can see why. the original firmware i downloaded from linksys is the correct one for V1 1900AC and goes under the name FW_WRT1900AC_1.1.10.187766_prod.img I tried...

AC1900 using 1.12 - Help I cannot do anything!!
Hello, After having overheating issues with version 1.11, I upgraded to 1.12 several months back. Overheating problem solved but I was experiencing speed issues so i decided to go back to stock. When I access my router, i see this message in red "Router storage full (read only) or is mounted in...

Google Search - Old posts showing only
Dears, For every time I want to find a solution, the natural first step that i am sure many others do, is just ask the question in a google search bar. I noticed that almost every question I asked related to gargoyle i only see limited results and goes back to many years when compared to searching w...

Re: WRT1900AC Fan Always ON!
Hi All, Here is an interesting update. I upgraded Gargoyle to version 1.12, So basically the files and scripts were no longer there. I am not having any troubles with the fan any more. This does not mean it is the solution because I saw others using the same new version having the same challenge. Bu...

Re: WRT1900AC Fan Always ON!
Guys,,, you all rock! thank you so much! It worked but now there is another issue. It keeps running and going off every few seconds I guess i need to play around with the temperature intervals? The confusing thing is that the Parameters used in the script dont make any sense. The fan should actually...
