I have version 1.8.1 running.

When do opkg update - there's neither hdparm nor hd-idle in the list.

May be my repositories are not right???

Since 1.9.1. is still an experimental version and some installations are buggy(I saw it on the forums) I prefer to stay on 1.8.1

Is there a way to get the right repostories (or install hd-idle) on this version?

Thanks

1.8.1 has a load more bugs than 1.9.1

You could recompile your own version of 1.8.1 and include that module

I'm not so advanced in this... It's easier for me to install 1.9.1

Installed 1.9.1 - works as a charm.

Hd-idle has a nice configuration file. Edited it to fit my needs and all is OK.

Hope this post will be useful for anyone.
