Hi all,

Can someone (developer) add a "Dynamic Repeater" mode to the possible modes ?
It should be easy...

How about "bridged AP"?

http://wiki.openwrt.org/doc/recipes/bridgedap

Is a "Dynamic Repeater" the same as a "transparent bridge"

I think I read some where that "transparent bridge" can be unstable? Don't know if it is true

Think of Dynamic Repeater = Wardriving (google the term)

Not sure if it's going to be added as it can definitely be used
for hopping onto any open wireless without authorization.

Although, people really should not be leaving their wireless open!

Using "ROBIN mesh" with a splash page I give 15 Meg of free internet each month on an open network. I use this through gargoyle for data limits just in case someone goes mad.

I don't know about he rest of the world but in NZ ISPs keep giving us bigger and bigger data plans that I can't possible use up legally.

And yes I have banned users for abuse.

In Denmark it is illegal (rules you need to sign, from each ISP) to distribute the Internet connection to anyone outside the household (or visitors).
