Did you change any of the default settings? You must have set your SSID at a minimum I think?

I did set the same SSID to 2.4G and 5G. Besides, fast roaming is enabled. Nothing's more.

I also notice there is a band_steering_threshold does not take effect unless load_balancing_threshold is also set to a value greater than 0. in the usteer page.

can i just check please - my isp requires that I add a vlan ID to my connection details, is that supported in this build?

Redmi AX6000 is not supported by Gargoyle 1.15, but it is supported by OpenWrt 23.05.

So I've made the following steps:
- I've cloned gargoyle from github
- I switched to base_on_openwrt_2305 branch
- I've addedd to targets/mediatek/profiles/filogic/config:

CONFIG_TARGET_DEVICE_PACKAGES_mediatek_filogic_DEVICE_xiaomi_redmi-router-ax6000-stock="gargoyle-large"

- I've addedd to targets/mediatek/profiles/filogic/profile_images:

Then I've run compilation with:

make mediatek FULL_BUILD=true

And as a result I have:
gargoyle_1.15.x-mediatek-filogic-xiaomi_redmi-router-ax6000-stock-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin

What is a chance that my AX6000 will run proprely after sysupgrade to this image? It currently has OpenWrt SNAPSHOT installed.

High chance. Sysupgrade without preserving settings.
If it works I’d be happy to add the device (as you have)
