I tried to upload a screenshot, but I received the message board attachment quota has been reached.
Under Firewall, Restrictions, add a rule to block the following remote IPs:
199.223.232.0-199.223.239.254
207.223.160.0-207.223.175.254
208.65.152.0-208.65.155.254
208.117.224.0-208.117.255.254
209.85.128.0-209.85.255.254
216.58.192.0-216.58.223.254
216.239.32.0-216.239.63.254

Again, this worked to block android youtube app, roku, all pc and phone browsers (except TOR and ORFox). I have not been able to test ios youtube app, but I did when I was only blocking to .25 instead of .254 and it did not work to block the iphone app (but at that time was blocking android youtube app).

The beauty is, you can add this rule for all hosts, or add exceptions, which is what I did as I use youtube on one computer or my phone to find out how to repair my vehicles. I do this temporarily and then remove the exception to protect the family and myself from unwanted content in case someone else uses the computer or my phone.

I got the ip addresses from:

However, you cannot use .255 on the end, only .254 as was explained earlier.

I've had success using OpenDNS. You set up a free account with them and then point your router to their DNS servers and access to whatever sites you want blocked, will be blocked. They even have preset categories just for this purpose.

This doesn't work if your isp has Youtube caching servers on its network (e.g. Virginmedia) but OpendDNS does block in this case
