First find out which version it is.
I believe gargoyle is working on v1-5. I have the v7 which isn't yet supported.
Thn download the right file for your router and flash it as a firmware upgrade.

Re: Build - Revision d9a4129b
Just noticed that 1.5.1 and 1.4.4 are released. Are they more up to date than the svn builds you linked to?

Re: Build - Revision d9a4129b
Installed last evening on my WZR-HP-G300NH. So far it seems to not have the wireless dropouts I was experiencing previously, although I've only "tested" (aka, online gaming for a couple hours) for a couple of hours. Note, though, that I haven't re-setup my QoS settings and things like that...

Re: TP-Link WR1043 Wifi dropping
@OP- I am having the same results on a WZR-HP-G300NH (which has the same wireless radio as the 1043ND). What I'm seeing is wireless dropouts at random intervals... as you mentioned it's only wireless and I wouldn't notice any problem if I wasn't onthe wireless. I also had rock-solid performance on O...

TP-Link TL-WR841N/ND V7
HI- I just bought a TP-Link TL-WR841ND (same hardware as TL-841N but with detachable antennas). The hardware I got was v7. Re: How to Upgrade/downgrade underlying openwrt?
Downgraded to 1.4.3 but still have wifi drop outs from time to time.
Was there a gargoyle based on OpenWRT Backfire RC5? I was on that and it was rock solid.

How to Upgrade/downgrade underlying openwrt?
I'm experiencing some issues with wireless disconnects on gargoyle 1.5.0 with my Buffalo WZR-HP-G300NH. This wasn't happening before I moved to gargoyle from vanilla openwrt, but back then I was also on the earlier RC. (I moved to gargoyle for the ease of use and qos features, which for the record a...
