I have found a guide to change the Regulatory Domain ,but its a bit too much for me :geek: http://smorgasbord.gavagai.nl/2010/09/wifi-regulatory-compliance-and-how-to-fix-it/ Read the section - Basic configuration - from Netgear WNDR3700 OpenWrt Wiki and grab the file regulatory.bin there from.

Since you have wrt54G
- Get tftp2 prog. from DDWRT wiki
- Tftp the squashfs img (quickest and safest)
- Fixed IP on yr pc (192.168.1.xx)
- Reset to default for yr router (192.168.1.1)
- Boot the router in failsafe mode
- Ping yr router, when get an active ping do imediately tftp
- Get tftp2 prog. from DDWRT wiki
- Tftp the squashfs img (quickest and safest)
- Fixed IP on yr pc (192.168.1.xx)
- Reset to default for yr router (192.168.1.1)
- Boot the router in failsafe mode
- Ping yr router, when get an active ping do imediately tftp

Try iw dev wlan0 get power_save to find out it is enabled, disable it for yr reason

You must try again
Add this below line to yr opkg.conf file
src/gz ... unchanged
src gargoyle ... her gargoyle link
... unchanged the rest
Run opkg update, then opkg install the packages
You don't need the full link since opkg maintains the list

You can choose what ever the country code you want regardless where you live.
