There's something definitely wrong with your service classes. They don't add to 100%.
When you save your settings they should be updating to 100% so if this isn't happening id say reset the router because something isn't right.
As an aside. Your internet setup is very bizarre lol.

I'm just at work but I'd say thats wrong. The initial method used hash authentication. You've now changed to a different method but kept all the same commands.
