Well, I emailed support at Airlink101. Here's the response:
Hi,
The AR570W uses a Ralink RT3052 chipset.
So, I guess its not a candidate. *sigh*
Thanks again!

Re: Anyone tried the Airlink AR570W?
I'm currently using a 430W, which Gargoyle runs great on. Its only a G tho. Always looking for an inexpensive upgrade.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Request: Linux Fonflash for Airlink101 AR430W (DI-300)
I'm using the router as an access point. When using no encryption/protection, the laptop sees the router (bssid is working), and attempts to connect. It requests DHCP, but never gets a response. It doesn't seem to timeout either. I'm not 100% sure the problem is on the router side either. :P It isn'...

Re: Request: Linux Fonflash for Airlink101 AR430W (DI-300)
Well, I've installed version 10.0.14, and that has solved the switch issues. The only thing I've noted now is that I don't seem to be able to connect wirelessly with NO security. As soon as I went to WPA PSK (first I've tested) I had a wireless connection. Works great!
Thanks

Re: AP mode (wan wired) problem
I've added more files to the same directory that pic is in, and its browsable. http://statikonline.com/Slides/AR430W
I've found spec sheets on many of the components or their previous models.
Cheers!

Re: Request: Linux Fonflash for Airlink101 AR430W (DI-300)
I noticed you added part of this post to the documentation. You should probably add build-essentials to the list of packages to install. What I mean is, add the following above libgtk2.0-dev: sudo apt-get install build-essentials That will add all the normal code needed to MAKE anything. The other t...

Re: AP mode (wan wired) problem
Forgot to add: Gargoyle version 1.0.12 Router: Airlink101 AR430W Plugging a PC into the router in any port, WAN, LAN1-4, causes the router web GUI to stop responding (connected wirelessly). Unplug the LAN cable and web GUI finishes loading, and/or begins to respond. Something weird going on here. St...
