Re: Version 1.5.7 -- OpenWRT "Attitude Adjustment"
many of the bug have all ready been fixed http://www.gargoyle-router.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=3284 Thanks for posting patched set of binaries out of band. Two quick questions. 1) Can one preserve settings from 1.5.7 to this 1.5.x patched code or flash and invest another 4hrs redoing? 2) T...

Re: Bridge multiple VMs directly to router
No one else here runs VMs in a network bridged mode? Any feedback is welcome, regardless if that works for you or not. Thanks, Marv

Bridge multiple VMs directly to router
I'm having challenges running gargoyle_1.5.5-ar71xx-wndr3700 and making my VMs bridge directly to the router's network (NAT works fine). They do get an IP but the Win7x64 VM says - No Internet and I can only tracert to 192.168.1.1 (my gargoyle address). At the moment, I'm using Fusion 4 on a Mac hos...

Re: Version 1.5.5: OpenVPN
FYI. After erase and clean flash, then setup from scratch, everything's been up and running for the past few days, including tor and time sync. One questions: How do I restore the Bandwidth data? My Bandwidth Quotas now have just the last 2 days of data and my rules won't trigger properly if I hit t...

Re: Version 1.5.5: OpenVPN
Something's not clean when an upgrade preserves settings. I did a clean flash (went to original firmware, then 30/30/30, back to 1.5.5) and directly to the same settings. Both tor and ntp settings were accepted just fine. I restored my config from pre-1.5.5 and applied it.... both ntp and tor settin...

Re: Version 1.5.5: OpenVPN
Eric, the time is correct, although maybe not have been set by the ntp and might drift over time. Shouldn't those entries have single quotes - config 'timeserver' 'ntp'? All other entries in system (and the other config files) have them, ie: config 'led' 'usb_led' TIA, Marv I just realized what's go...

Re: Version 1.5.5: OpenVPN
Eric, big thank you for the good work! I've used Gargoyle for quite a while but had no time to post here. Now I'm on 1.5.5 and tried to get the tor going. When I select "all host" or "by each host", I see applying for a couple of minutes and then the following error message: --- ...
