Yes, I'm staying in my university's dormitory. The problem is that the uni wireless network here is very weak, so there are a lot of personal wifi networks around ;)

Yesterday, I was able to achieve 16MB/s over wireless. I followed the instructions here: link However, today I only get 4-5MB/s. This is unacceptable.
