Problem with TP-Link TL-WR1043ND
Hi Everyone, Yesterday I was having trouble connecting to the internet through my TL-WR1043ND, the signal kept on dropping out very often (more than usual). I had a look in the management console and couldn't see anything different in the settings, so I decided to try updating the firmware to 1.5.4....

Upgrade Firmware 1043ND
Hi Everyone, I would like to upgrade my firmware from 1.3.16 to 1.5.0. I'm just not sure about the backup and restore process. I'm not very good when it comes to these things and unless it's very straight forward will probably run into problems. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I am using a ...

To update or not?
Hi Everyone, I would like some advice. I have a TP-Link 1043ND running 1.3.16. I'm having no problems with it, everything works fine and does what I want. Should I upgrade to the newest firmware? I'm a little bit nervous about upgrading because of issues that other users have had with this router. I...

Hi, I have been using a TP-Link TL-WR1043ND for several months now. Very easy to flash with the Gargoyle firmware and I have several devices accessing the internet via ethernet and wifi connections. I am currently using 1.3.16 firmware and works great for me.

TP-Link TL-WR1043ND & 1.4.0 UPDATE
I have a TP-Link TL-WR1043ND running 1.3.16 and am thinking of upgrading to 1.4.0 to overcome the access restriction bug. Just wondering if anyone has the same router and has upgraded successfully. I did read one post where someone has 'bricked' their router after upgrading. Is there an issue with t...

Block wireless users
Hi everyone, I was wondering if it is possible with Gargoyle to set up a list of wireless users by IP of MAC address to access the internet through the router and only the users on the list will have access. Previously I was using a DLink wireless modem/router that had a wireless MAC filter fuction ...

Graphs not displaying
Hi everyone, I'm a new Gargoyle user so I'm still finding my way. The bandwidth graphs and tables are not displaying nor are the lists in the Web Monitor section, even though it is enabled. I can get the information by clicking on the download button, but I not sure why it isn't displaying in the ma...
