DoesItMatter thank you for your concern towards the issue. I resolved it by just redoing my upload qos. I removed every entry and redid the entire thing and it works fine now. I dont know why Gargoyle just randomly chose to opt out some of the rules and this may remain a mystery to me for quite some...
