Intermittent connection
I have ONE device on my network that will intermittently lose internet. It's still connected to the network, but every page fails to load. All the other devices don't have a problem, and if I reboot the router, it will work ok on the one device until usually the next day when it fails to load pages.

Host names and IP addresses keep changing
I had all my kids' devices set up with quotas based on the IP address of their individual device. But it seems the host names and IP addresses are periodically changing. Like the laptop PC that previously had its own quota is suddenly in the host group with my son, and his desktop disappeared. What'...

Host Names
Maybe I'm missing something, but it would help a LOT to be able to give a "friendly" name to host IP's, like "Tony's laptop" or "Sara's phone". Naming the device in it's own firmware doesn't seem to work all the time; it still shows up as a number.

Re: Parental controls
I have the pocket router. Set up the DNS servers to OpenDNS. What should the router IP and subnet mask be? I have an OpenDNS account with settings to block all porn sites. I installed the OpenDNS updater and configured it with my OpenDNS account. I have an account set up with DNSoMatic and verified ...

Parental controls
I give up. I've tried relentlessly to get Open DNS to work but it's not. I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I don't even mind using another service for parental controls at this point, as long as it works. I need step-by-step newbie instructions please!

Dynamic DNS
I really need help quickly here because I have a teenager in the house who is visiting inappropriate sites (according to the Web Monitor). I have an OpenDNS account and set up a dynamic DNS account also through OpenDNS. Nothing is getting blocked though. I think I need to put the OpenDNS nameservers...

Re: Total bandwith allowance
NVM, I figured it out. Under Bandwidth Quotas just choose "Entire Local Network" instead of individual hosts, then select a quota.

Total bandwith allowance
Is there a way to limit the TOTAL data usage of ALL users combined? We're limited to 170GB per month for 6 users but some are community devices so I can't really give them an allowance. But I want to make absolutely certain no matter what we don't go over the 170GB each month.
